Terms of Service — RS Patente B

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RS Patente B mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

RS Patente B is a mobile application that provides video-based educational content for the Italian Patente B driving theory exam, available in Urdu and Pashto languages. The App offers free demo content and paid course access.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Each account is bound to a single device for security purposes. You may request a device reset by contacting the administrator.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Free Demo and Paid Content

The App provides a free demo that includes the first video of the first chapter for each course. To access full course content, you must purchase the course by submitting payment proof.

Course pricing is displayed within the App and on the course cards.
Payment is made via bank transfer or other supported methods. You must upload proof of payment (receipt, screenshot, or confirmation document) through the App.
Course access is granted after an administrator verifies and approves your payment proof.
Once approved, course access is permanent for your account.

5. Payment Policy

All payments are processed outside the App (e.g., bank transfer). The App only facilitates the upload of payment proof.
Payment verification is performed manually by our administrators.
If a payment is rejected, you will be notified and may resubmit valid proof.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@rspatenteb.com for refund requests.

6. Device Locking

For security purposes, your account is locked to the first device you log in from. If you need to switch devices, you must contact the administrator to reset your device binding. This policy prevents unauthorized sharing of accounts.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to bypass device locking or security measures
Download, copy, redistribute, or record video content from the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Submit fraudulent payment proofs

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including video lectures, text, graphics, logos, and the App software itself, is the property of RS Patente B or its content licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent payment proofs, or engage in unauthorized use of the App. You may also request deletion of your account at any time through the Account Deletion page.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing the driving theory exam.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Patente B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
